MOC Physicians: 

It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM, ABS, or ABP MOC credit. It is the learner’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to CertLink for the purpose of receiving ABCRS Continuous Certification credit.

*Please note: Due to the December 1 ABP deadline, all ABP credits will be applied to the 2024 calendar year. ABIM and ABS credits submitted before December 20, 2023 will be reported in 2023; ABIM and ABS credits submitted December 20, 2023 and later will be reported in the 2024 calendar year. All Diplomates must verify that their profile includes their name, birthdate, state of licensure, board name, and board ID. Visit the “My Account” page to review your profile. Learners claiming MOC II Points will need to achieve 75% on a post-test with 3 attempts and submit a completed evaluation form, which includes self-assessment. Learners claiming MOC II Points will need to download both the CME and MOC certificates for your records.
