INTENDED LEARNERS

This educational activity is specifically designed for psychiatrists, psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioners (NPs), advanced practice nurses (APRNs), physician associates (PAs), nurses, and the full multidisciplinary team of behavioral and mental health professionals, who seek to improve the care of patients with major depressive disorder.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

After participating in this activity, learners should be better able to:

  • Assess treatment response status in patients with MDD using measurement-based approaches, including identification of residual symptoms 
  • Evaluate current and late-breaking evidence on available treatment options for patients with MDD 
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to optimize treatment selection for patients with MDD based on individual clinical presentation

To be eligible for documentation of credit for each session attended, learners must participate in the activity, and complete the activity evaluation.
