    Topic 1: Unlocking PRP’s Full Potential: Techniques and Trends Shaping Regenerative Care 

    • Identify how PRP and PPP are made and the technologies used to create protein-rich PRP (PR-PRP) 
    • Compare the key growth factors in PRP and PPP and their roles in healing and reducing inflammation 
    • Explain how PR-PRP supports tissue repair by interacting with cells and releasing healing proteins over time 
    • Identify key strategies and emerging considerations for optimizing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies 

    Topic 2: Wearable Tech Meets Bone Healing: The Future of Ultrasound in Orthopedics and Podiatry 

    • Review current evidence on LIPUS for healing fractures in high-risk patients, including those with delayed or nonunion and chronic conditions 
    • Demonstrate how to use ultrasound bone healing in podiatry and orthopedics, especially for stress fractures and post-surgical care 
    • Explore new advances and challenges in ultrasound bone stimulation, including wearables, patient use, and cost concerns 

    Topic 3: Precision in Pain Management: Best Practices and Reimbursement Trends in Peripheral Nerve Stimulation for Chronic Pain 

    • Review best practices using PNS to treat chronic pain, as well as the locations that have offered the best outcomes 
    • Describe clinical experiences and evidence-based best practices for using Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) in chronic pain management, including anatomical targets associated with optimal outcomes 
    • Interpret current reimbursement policies, including Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs), and project future trends influencing access to PNS therapy 

    Topic 4: Navigating Peripheral Nerve Stimulation: An Algorithmic Approach to Patient Selection for Orthopedic Surgeons and Pain Specialists  

    • Review the role of peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) in pain management, highlighting advances in imaging and technology 
    • Describe an algorithmic approach to patient selection for peripheral nerve stimulation in orthopedic surgery 
    • Explain key criteria for patient selection in peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) from the perspective of a pain specialist 

    ACTIVITY OVERVIEW

    To be eligible for documentation of credit for each session attended, learners must participate in the activity and complete the session(s) and overall conference evaluations. Participants who complete the evaluation online within 30 days of the conference will receive documentation of credit. Your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or settings of your browser do not allow for a new tab/window to open.  

    Once a certificate has been claimed, physicians and pharmacists may elect for credits to be submitted on their behalf to their boards via additional fields that will appear within the Claim Certificate page. Credits must be submitted through this process to be reported to the American Board of Surgery and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
