    ABSTRACT

The intensity of cancer treatments can lead to a variety of skin complications and even to open wounds. The disease itself can give rise to wounds in the form of skin lesions or fungating wounds and treatments can affect healing.  This session will provide management strategies aimed at maintaining adequate quality of life and decreasing morbidity and mortality in oncology patients.
