MOC Physicians: 

It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM, ABS, or ABP MOC credit. It is the learner’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to CertLink for the purpose of receiving ABCRS Continuous Certification credit.

*Please note: MOC II Point amounts will be available once sessions are reviewed in accordance with MOC requirements. Due to the December 1 ABP deadline, all ABP credits will be applied to the 2026 calendar year. Once a certificate has been claimed, physicians may elect for credits to be submitted on their behalf to their licensing states and boards via additional fields that will appear within the Claim Certificate page.  Credits must be submitted through this process to be reported to the ABS, ABIM, and ABP. All diplomates will be asked to provide their name, birthdate, state of licensure, board name, board ID, and permission to report credits on the learner’s behalf. Learners claiming MOC II Points will need to achieve 75% on a post-test with 3 attempts and submit a completed evaluation form, which includes self-assessment. The deadline to claim MOC points is January 9, 2026 (30 days after the activity).
