INTENDED LEARNERS

This educational activity is specifically designed for Interventional Oncologists and Interventional Radiologists involved and/or interested in the therapeutic management of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

After participating in this activity, learners should be better able to:

• Understand the importance of tumor microenvironment and potential therapeutic implications
• Introduce the role of immunotherapy in management of HCC
• Review Y90 dosimetry data, specifically in relationship to radiation segmentectomy and downstaging to surgery or transplantation 
• Discuss sequencing and integration of systemic and locoregional therapies for HCC
